Rev. Will England of East Alton, was here Wednesday and preached the funeral of Charles Adcock and wife's little girl at Union Chapel at eleven a.m. and took dinner with his parents, G. F. England and wife, returning home in the afternoon.

A little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Adcock died Monday afternoon, from the effects of bronchial pneumonia. Funeral arrangements had not been made as this was written.

The funeral services of Gladys Adcock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Adcock, were held from the home on Wednesday forenoon to the Union Chapel church, where services were conducted by Rev. England, of Alton. Interment was in the Union Chapel cemetery.
