Funeral services for William M. Coverdill, 67, who died Sunday at his home in Girard following several months' illness, were held Tuesday afternoon at the C. M. Shane Funeral Home, Girard, with Rev. O. R. Spreckelmeyer officiating. Interment was in Girard cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred; one son, Billy Van; three sisters, Mrs. Robert McLean, Mason City; Mrs. Amos Robertson, East St. Louis, and Mrs. Bess Spurway, Springfield.
