PALMYRA— Faye Scroggins, 96, of Palmyra died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, at Pleasant Hill Village Nursing Home in Girard.
She was born Sept. 21, 1909, in Palmyra, the daughter of Grant and Maude Hays Crawford. She married Earl Scroggins in 1928; he died in 1980.
Mrs. Scroggins was a homemaker and helped her husband with the family farm. She was a longtime member of Pleasant Dale Baptist Church.
Survivors: two sons, Kent (wife, Sherri) Scroggins of Palatka, Fla., and Ralph (wife, Donna) Scroggins of Jacksonville; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Stults-Neece Funeral Home, Palmyra. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
