Kenneth L. Hays of near Modesto died Saturday afternoon at 5 o'clock at Passavant hospital in Jacksonville. He was 63 years of age.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Neece funeral home in Waverly and burial was in Oak Grove cemetery, Modesto.
His wife, Lois survives as well as two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Headen and Mrs. Donna Henrickson, both of Jacksonville; three sons, James L., of Springfield, Jerald of Virden and Ronald of Carol Stream; nine grandchildren; his father, Luther Hays of Carlinville; two sisters, Mrs. Fern Hull of Prescott, Ariz., and Mrs. Norma Hartsook of Modesto.
