EDINBURG--Richard William Wingo died at 9:36 p.m. Friday at Memorial Medical Center at birth.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Edinburg Cemetery. Davis Memorial Home, Edinburg, is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his parents, Terry and Gayla Fountain Wingo of Riverton; and two sisters, Michelle and Lisa, both at home.
