This seems familiar, but I can't remember it actually happening in the anime.

Keitaro found himself half-asleep under a blanket on a couch in the front room.
He overheard the girls talking about him. "Maybe we're giving Keitaro too much work," Naru said. "We found him asleep on the floor, last night, and we had to put him on the couch."
"I made him a nice breakfast," Shinobu said.
"Then I'll wake him up properly," Naru said.
Maybe Naru'll whisper softly in my ear, Keitaro thought sleepily. Or maybe she'll kiss my cheek!...
Moments later, Naru scared Keitaro out of his wits by whacking a frying pan with a ladle in his face.
