GIRARD -- Lloyd M. Hays, 78, of R.R. 1, Palmyra, died Sunday at Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Eva; three sons, Melvin and Raymond, both of Girard, and Lester of Carlinville; two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Keltner of Waverly, Mrs. Emelene Batchelder of Illiopolis; one brother, Coy of Virden; 15 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Berry Funeral Home in Girard. Burial in Union Chapel cemetery.
