Aunt Sallie Adcock is sick. We have not learned what ails her.
Aunt Sally Adcock of whom we spoke last week, died Wednesday night at the residence of her son-in-law, G. F. England. We have thus far failed to get anything in the way of an obituary. Aunt Sally, as she was always called, was something over seventy-three years old. She was a devoted christian and a member of the Baptist church. Her funeral was preached in the new church at Chapman's Point, by Elder W. P. Hart, after which her remains were interred in the cemetery there. Thus another one of our aged people has gone. We extend our sympathies to the bereaved.
Mrs. Edward Adcock died last night about 8 o'clock at Henry England's. Her funeral and interment occurred at Oak Grove church near Chapman's Point on Thursday 27, 1888. [sic]
