Anna E. Dugger [sic] Dies Suddenly at Bunker Hill

Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Dugger, 73, sister of George Rhoades [sic] of this city, died Sunday morning at 9 o'clock at Tower View Nursing home, Bunker Hill, following several years' illness.

She was born Nov. 27, 1882 at Macoupin Station, a daughter of William and Laura M. Rhoades [sic]. Her husband preceded her in death.

Besides her brother, Mr. Rhoades [sic], she is survived by three sons, George of Bunker Hill, Paul W. of Detroit, Mich., and Nelson J. of Hamilton, O.; three daughters, Mrs. Orpha M. Fo [sic] of Freebel, Mrs. Opal L. Adcock of Bunker Hill and Mrs. Laura A. Schultz of Normal; another brother, Joseph of Alton; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Jacoby-Wise funeral home, Bunker Hill, the Rev. Roger Callaghar officiating. Interment was in Bunker Hill cemetery.
